1. You may purchase license, services or products from third-party providers through our official website or dashboard. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card (or other applicable payment mechanism) at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes relating to your purchases.
2. Official MineStoreCMS licenses or services are sold only through official approved channels (BuiltByBit, MineStoreCMS Dashboard). We are not responsible for any licenses or services purchased through unofficial channels.
3. Third-party providers may have additional terms and conditions that apply to your purchase of goods or services from them. You agree to comply with all such terms and conditions.
4. MineStoreCMS is not responsible for any third-party provider's goods or services. We do not provide any warranty or guarantee for third-party provider's goods or services.
5. Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting MineStoreCMS first will result in immediate account suspension and termination.

3. Refunds

1. Since the items the customer receive when purchasing are Digital Intangible Items, we uphold a strict no refund policy. This is because once a customer has received the item (key) there is no way to return it since product is digital and could be activated. As a result, all sales are final.
2. The customer agrees that no refunds will be available after purchasing the product.
3. The customer agrees that executing a chargeback/dispute will get them suspended from buying all of our products and services.
4. Refund may not be provided in case if you have violated our Acceptable Use Policy, Terms and Conditions, EULA and your license was suspended or disabled.
5. MineStoreCMS is not responsible for any third-party developer or provider at MineStoreCMS Marketplace. We do not provide any warranty or guarantee for third-party developer or provider's goods or services.
6. We do not handle refunds for third-party developer or provider's goods or services. You must contact the third-party developer or provider directly for refunds (if applicable).

4. MineStoreCMS License

1. When you purchase a MineStoreCMS license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MineStoreCMS in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2. You may not use MineStoreCMS for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions.
3. You are informed that MineStoreCMS is a self-hosted software solution. You are responsible for hosting, maintaining, and securing your MineStoreCMS installation.
4. You are responsible for keeping your MineStoreCMS installation up-to-date with the latest security patches and updates.
5. You are responsible for keeping your MineStoreCMS license key secure. You may not share your license key with anyone else.
6. You may not distribute, sell, or sublicense MineStoreCMS to any third party without our prior written permission.
7. You agree to use branding copyright and trademark notices, including any MineStoreCMS logo, that are provided by MineStoreCMS unless you purchased a branding removal license for a specific domain license.
8. You aware that MineStoreCMS may collect and store data about your MineStoreCMS installation, including but not limited to your license key, domain name, and IP address.
9. You aware that removing license system will make your webstore unusable, and you will not be able to use MineStoreCMS anymore.
10. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your MineStoreCMS license, regardless of whether the activities are undertaken by you, your employees, or a third party (including your contractors or agents), and, except to the extent caused by our breach of these terms and conditions, MineStoreCMS and its affiliates are not responsible for unauthorized access to your MineStoreCMS license.
11. You may not provide access to your MineStoreCMS license to any third party without our prior written permission.
12. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your MineStoreCMS license at any time if you violate these terms and conditions without refund and without notice.
13. By purchasing a MineStoreCMS license, you receive 1 year of support and updates. After 1 year, you may renew your support and updates subscription for an additional fee. If you do not renew your support and updates subscription, you may continue to use MineStoreCMS, but you will not receive support or updates.
14. Updates are not guaranteed. We may release updates at any time, but we are not obligated to release updates.
15. You aware that you can change license domain only once in 1 year. If you need to change license domain more than once in 1 year, you need to purchase "Extra Domain Change" Service from our Dashboard.
16. You aware that you purchase a license for a single domain.
17. We may discontinue MineStoreCMS at any time without notice. If we discontinue MineStoreCMS, you will not receive a refund for your license.
18. You aware that you can't use MineStoreCMS license for more than one domain. If you need to use MineStoreCMS for more than one domain, you need to purchase additional licenses from our Dashboard.
19. You are aware that breaking license agreement may cause disabling license without notice and without refund.
20. License is linked to your account, and you can't transfer it to another account.
21. Support and Updates Conditions are mentioned by following EULA.

5. Price

1. The price of our products and services is subject to change without notice.
2. We reserve the right to change the prices of our products and services at any time without notice.
3. We are not responsible for any errors in pricing on our website, products, or services.
4. We are not responsible for any errors in pricing on third-party provider's goods or services.
5. If you purchase a product or service at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment.

MineStoreCMS and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if MineStoreCMS has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from your use of our website, products, or services.
2. By using our products, you grant us indemnity against all liabilities, including but not limited to costs, expenses incurred, damages, and losses (including but not limited to direct or indirect consequential losses), loss of profits, penalties, legal costs, loss of reputation or interest, and loss of business. We are in no way liable for any presenting or hidden circumstances that may occur from using our software.
3. MineStoreCMS will make its best efforts to ensure that its services remain and operational at all time. Like all software, sometimes technical issues may arise. These issues may result in temporary interruptions to our services
4. All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8. DMCA

1. We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this site, you may notify our copyright agent, as set forth in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA). 1. Early Access (Beta) is a program that allows you to access and test new features before they are released to the public.
2. MineStoreCMS Staff Team could reach you to offer join Early Access (Beta) program.
3. In addition to the terms provided to the customer, you agree that any Beta features, materials (including any other mediums classified as such), or related content provided to you must remain confidential. You are prohibited from making any public statements, disclosing your participation, or sharing any information related to the Beta materials without obtaining prior written consent.
4. If you are found to be in violation of these terms, you will be removed from the Early Access (Beta) program and may be subject to further action.
5. In case of a violation of these terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and license without notice and without refund.

10. Reviews

1. We may provide you with the opportunity to submit reviews, comments, or feedback about our products or services. By submitting a review, comment, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such reviews, comments, or feedback throughout the world in any media.
2. You are aware that leaving an unreasonable, or bad public review without contacting or informing our support team about your issues is not allowed.
