MineStoreCMS provides a self-hosted software solution that allows you to sell in-game items and control payment process. Whether you're using MineStoreCMS, or any of our add-ons and additional services, there are certain activities and items that are strictly prohibited.

We support a free and open exchange of ideas and products, but your store must adhere to these restrictions. This policy outlines what activities, materials, and products are not allowed. If you engage in any prohibited activities, your store or license may be suspended. Further actions, including the removal of your account without a refund, will be at the sole discretion of MineStoreCMS.

The following are prohibited:

• Illegal Content/Activities/Materials: You cannot sell or list any goods or services that violate laws or encourage others to do so, either in your jurisdiction or in European Union.

• Harassment or Bullying: You cannot offer any goods or services designed to bully, harass, or threaten individuals.

• Intellectual Property: You cannot sell any goods or services that infringe on others' copyrights. Only items you have the legal right to sell are permitted.

• Personal or Confidential Information: You cannot sell any goods or services that provide personal or confidential information about anyone, including yourself. This includes Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Personal Card Information (PCI).

• Pornographic/Adult Content: You cannot sell any goods or services containing adult, pornographic, or sexual content.
